LeReve at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas - Surprisingly Great!
Posted by Adam Viener
Wow! When we went to the Affiliate Summit conference in Las Vegas, Karen White, the Affiliate Manager for the Wynn Hotel, was nice enough to get us some complementary tickets to see LeReve at the Wynn. Now I much more of a comedy guy, and when I first read about the show, I was a little skeptical about seeing a show about "Dream Sequences", I thought I might doze off myself, but from the first moment the show opened, I was enthralled with Le Reve and couldn't take my eyes off the action. It's one of those shows that you just have to see to believe. My guess is that's why Karen wanted us to see it for ourselves. Smart move. If you are going to Las Vegas, you just have to see LeReve. It's hard to describe with words, so take a look at the following LeReve preview video if you have a few minutes, you won't be disappointed.
Don't miss LeReve playing at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas!
Your right, I saw LeReve at the Wynn as well, it was fantastic, it's one of those shows where you walk away feeling as though you missed a lot of the action because there is so much going on at the same time. I want to go back and see it again!
Haha.. that's funny. When I got comp'ed by Karen last spring, did it cause somewhat of an addiction.
I illustrated the symptoms of this addiction (and the spending that followed), which can be clearly traced back to that comp ticket just a few weeks ago.
I tried to watch LeReve on Tuesday when I was at the summit, but Tuesday seems to be the Sunday in Vegas, no show. Mystere was the only show running. I tried to cover two, but it did not work out that way.
Whether you were comped or paid the $100 (est?) to see LeReve, it is worth every penny...seriously, the most visually captivating thing I have ever seen. I must say, the comped tickets do work because it is the one show I tell everyone is a "must see" in Vegas.
But, I total, I think it better to give a HUGE shout out to the entire Wynn Entertainment and Affiliate Team...thanks Karen, Katie, Lance and all others for Wynn Las Vegas has been very very good to the affiliate industry as a whole - especially if at ASW.
The party at TRYST was and may be for sometime the best evening event we have experienced. Moreover, it was done on a mass scale...2000 people attended . It is great to have a company like Wynn support our efforts. In fact, (this is my plug) it would be great to see ASW conference relocated to Wynn - seriously, they have supported the best events at the past 2 ASW's.
It is great to hear you all enjoyed the show and are sharing the appreciation. I hope the industry rewards the Wynn as well for their appreciation and generosity to us.

I seen the show on Monday May 28, 2007. I will return to see the show with my husband. I need a second oppion on the show. Because I think the things that took place the first time was a dream. I Loved it!!!!! So to me, it was unreal.
post 5...strike my last sentence. Based on current Wynn affiliate operations, I still endorse the property and have been treated well...but if you are new to aff marketing of the program, I would check out some others as well.
I noticed last month that the elevator area for Mandalay has been renovated, though only on the casino floor. The new look has that silver and dark woods look that I'd normally complain about as being overdone, but since THEhotel is right nearby and basically established this look on the Strip, you can't argue too much about it's use here. Anyway, since the basement/beach/pool level still has the old lobbies, I was able to make some comparison shots.

LeReve is still my favorite Cirque show (without Cirque Du Soleil in the name ja ja).
Cheers!

Hi Adam,
We had a blast too, and it was great to see you and your wife at the show.
I have to admit that it's the second time I've seen the show (Thanks to Karen!), and I'd see it again if I had the opportunity.
Take Care, -Jake
