With the fridge came a personalized note signed by my Google rep and her Boss, and a nice little cardboard certificate recognizing that I have generated 1 Million Leads using Google Adwords! Wow, I thought, that is pretty cool. After a few days though, I started to think about it. The picture of Dr. Evil came into my head when he puts his pinky to his lips and demands 1 Million Dollars, and his quickly corrected that 1 Million isn't such a ransom amount anymore. Now, don't get me wrong, I truly appreciate the gift, and love to be recognized for spending so much money with Google. Also please don't take the analogy to Dr Evil the wrong way, I don't think Google is Evil. But if you are going to take the time to personally thank one of your customers and recognize their performance, shouldn't you at least add up their leads? Thanking me for generating over 10 Million leads would have been better than recognizing the fact that I have generated 1 Million, don’t you think? It kind of belittles the scope of what I have accomplished with them. Quite honestly, it would have been better to send out the fridge with a note saying we appreciate all the business you do with us and wanted to thank you for your ongoing support. Hey. I have 1 google adwords account and received the gift at about the same time you did. My conclusion is that this is a "new" reward, not given until now. I have over 7 million leads generated from my account to date, so like you - I'm hoping there is now an even cooler gift available at 10 million! Google is awesome.

This was a Google promo that went out to probably anyone that had 1 Million plus. I too got it a couple weeks back. As always though, google sends out cool stuff. I was happy.

I, too, received a mimi-fridge a few months ago. You don't have to be good at math to know that you shouldn't be doing AdWords for the swag. But, it's great to feel appreciated with the annual gifts and extra gifts like this one.
No complaints from me. I can fit a 1/2 gallon of milk, a 6-pack of Coke, and a few smaller items if I stack them a little -- or another 1/2 gallon of milk. It's great to have under my desk here at the office.

So I got one of these little Refrigerators too. Before that a laptop accessory set, and before that a clock radio.
As far as I can tell the radio works fine. But the portable USB in the laptop set doesn't work and the fridge gets hot on both settings -Warm or Cold.
I really would like to see promotional companies stop turning out garbage like this. Better to have one item that is quality and works than a bunch of made in China garbage that just ends up in the landfill.
I had the same experience with a mini radio Bank of America gave out.
