Kris,

I apprecate your comment. The paid review you submitted in ReviewMe, actually asked for a review of the home page, so I have my honest first looks.

I would still be interested to learn more about your affiliate tracking software, but that still isn't an active link on your site.

Details would be great.

Adam,

You jumped the gun on this post.

Most of the other posts we've been reading included folks who actually were in or tested Pepperjam Network. This post does not appear to represent that level of analysis, which to me is misleading to your readers.

I look forward to your follow-up post that actually includes substance about Pepperjam Network and the answers you request versus being critical based on a review of our homepage before links were updated and the site went LIVE.

On the other hand, I think you bring up great points that are likely more appropriate for a conference setting where the discussion can be open and multi-directional.

By the way readers - don't get me wrong, in my eyes Adam Viener is a very well-respected and distinguished affiliate marketing expert; However, this post doesn't do anybody justice.

Leadpoint and Lending Tree are both marketplaces as well as Leadpile. The difference here is that Leadpile does not resell the leads but allows the advertisers to set up their price point of comfort zone that they will get per lead. It makes it a Great marketplace for buyers and sellers.

Hello agree, Prospect Zone, business is built on transparency and accuracy. The difference is Leadpoint has transparency in their marketplace by offering a Rev Share while Lending Tree pays the same for all leads.

I don't think Schoolpop is wrapped up with Amazon. It looks like SchoolPop has been ultimately acquired by Linkshare's parent company Rakuten USA.

http://www.revenews.com/adamviener/2007/09/linkshares_parent_company_acqu.html

School pop was woned by CauseLoyalty.com prior to the aquisition, and I beieve I read somewhere that Vesdia was managing the site for a while.

SchoolPop has re organized and has tied up w/ Amazon.com. They now have exclusive rights with them, which proved that the non traditional fundraising org has moved on and established itself from the bankruptcy 2yrs ago. I firmly believe that when SchoolPop re organized, the company who brought the org purchased their assets and made sure that all debts are paid.

We signed up our church and school with Schoolpop and OneCause in Feb of 2007 and found the programs were easy to participate in and better yet, we are earning money. Our parents and parishioners are happy. I have received excellent service by their phone team.

Interesting theory about the fire Adam :-)

I think it may be a coincidence, although I do belive Google wants to take over the world.

Whenever I see Dr Evil in the Austin Powers movies I always think of Google. :-)
